The pandemic has created many changesand brought much sufferingtous. Many words come to mind thatdescribe the experience –chaos, depression, anxiety, stress . . . While we acknowledge the pain and suffering . . . It was and is REAL . . . The words we use will not change reality. However, Psychology tells us that what will change our experience of reality is our perception. In other words, viewing the pandemic as chaos, stressful . . . may make us focus on the stress, chaos, sadness, anger, anxiety, pain . . . Let us instead consider words such as an opportunity . . . for change, to pause, to experience and express our lives differently .
